On 26th March, David Holland wrote to Council and included RDC Solicitor Alan Vane due to the legal issues surrounding some items.


Topics of the letter address


  • Illegally formed Teitei Road, currently encroaches Carrot Park

  • Walkway between Snowmass & Carrot Park and the agreement made with prior CEO

  • Maintenance issues with existing public drains and current flooding issues when heavy rain occurs

  • Protection of 3 historic trees at Teitei Drive that remnants of the original native bush.

  • Budget of the LTP needs to include all of the above items


The letter was sent to the Mayor and all Elected Councillors
