Today we have finally received a response from Kainga Ora with regards to the costs associated with Teitei Drive to date. They have also confirmed that there are no amounts they have forwarded for payment to RDC and no such disputes or negiotations exists between KO & RDC.
We have attempted to obtain the costing for Teitei Drive from both KO & RDC for quite some time to no avail. RDC have continued to deny the information stating that ongoing negotiations meant they could not release the information or costings. RDC did however say that the costings would be present in the Annual Report, however we found no such data.
KO's costings (excluding any internal costs or FTE hours, comes in at $519k for consultants and contractors, plus $13k for community engagement.
Costs from RDC are still unknown and we continue to request this information as it was not revealed in the annual report. We have followed up requesting this information once again.
